Your kit will come with one roll up bag with four individual pouches which are each removable for easy use and carry. You'll get three small fabric bands which are great for glute and leg exercises. The foot anchor gives you the ability to strap the bands at a higher point than the floor so that taller people can get a good full range of motion workout.
